Job Summary

Duties
- Assist project managers in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management tools.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project planning and execution.
- Coordinate procurement activities by preparing estimates with HeavyBid and supporting construction estimating processes.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines closely, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule through effective time management strategies.
- Support site visits by reviewing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare reports on project status, budget updates, and potential risks to keep all team members informed and aligned.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction coordination or project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for understanding project requirements.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid or similar software.
- Familiarity with scheduling software like Primavera P6 for developing and maintaining project timelines.
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software.
- Experience using construction management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
