We're looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Receptionist/Grooming Assistant to become an essential part of our team.
Responsibilities
As our Receptionist/Grooming Assistant, you'll help keep the salon running smoothly by assisting both our clients and groomers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and checking pets in and out
- Answering phone calls, emails, and messages
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining client records
- Assisting groomers with bathing, drying, brushing, nail trims, and safely handling pets
- Cleaning and sanitizing grooming stations and common areas
- Washing towels and helping maintain a clean, organized salon
- Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and personalities
- Is calm, patient, and compassionate with animals
- Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
Previous experience in customer service, reception, veterinary clinics, daycare, or pet grooming is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.

Pay: $16.60-$17.50 per hour
