What You'll Do
· Prepare parts quotations and provide customers with accurate pricing, availability, and lead times
· Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities
· Track orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and team members
· Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory management systems
· Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
· Collaborate with sales, service, and administration teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
· Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional warehouse and property
What We're Looking For
- Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in parts, warehousing, inventory management, or a customer-facing role
- Forklift certification and experience is a strong asset
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
