we are looking for HIGHWAY DISPATCHER who will be receiving and assigning inbound /outbound shipments ,and communicating with our customers,drivers on daily basis
responsibilities
successful candidate will be responsible for planning and arranging pickup/deliverers ,dispatching comminating with our drivers, resolving service and delivery issues, other duties and tasks as required by management,must be availble on call in after hours if needed
Requirements
*minimum 4 year experience
* experience working with load link gps tracking
*knowledge of Canadian and us customs procedures
*solid understanding of all the aspect of transportation industry
*ability to work as part of the team
*strong customers service and origination skills
*strong knowledge of US, canada and Gta geography
*good oral and written communication skill
* proficiency with Microsoft office and web based software
