First Choice Motors is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing dealership team.
This position is responsible for handling incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, emails, text messages, and customer questions while ensuring every lead receives prompt and professional attention.
We invest heavily in advertising and generate thousands of customer inquiries each month. We are looking for someone who can help convert those inquiries into showroom appointments and provide an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact.
The ideal candidate will have automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
- Respond to internet leads, emails, website inquiries, and text messages
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Follow up with missed calls and unsold prospects
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding appointments and customer needs
- Ensure all customer inquiries receive a timely response
- Assist with general dealership administration and customer service duties
Requirements:
- Automotive knowledge is mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous dealership, service advisor, parts advisor, customer service, or automotive experience is an asset
Compensation:
