About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Retail Associate to join our team at Pop Collective. This role combines customer service with hands-on production, so we’re seeking someone who not only enjoys helping shoppers but also has experience in merchandising and product customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to all shoppers.
- Assist with merchandising displays and ensure the retail space is organized and visually appealing.
- Operate Sublimation and DTF equipment to press designs onto t-shirts, mugs, cups, and other blanks.
- Handle retail transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support vendor restocks, inventory management, and store upkeep.
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience required.
- Strong understanding of merchandising and product presentation.
- Willingness to learn sublimation and PTF pressing (t-shirts, mugs, cups, and similar items) is required.
- Proficient with Canva
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Available from 10am to 7pm weekdays, and weekends. Schedule will vary 10-25 hours per week.
