Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided to ensure success in your role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing excellent guest services
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food industry standards is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in food handling, serving, or food preparation is beneficial for understanding the workflow of a restaurant setting
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
