Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for an energetic, customer focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Kelowna team.
This role combines customer service, inside sales, and account support. You'll build strong dealer relationships by responding to customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, using our CRM to manage customer interactions and follow-ups, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software. (HubSpot is an asset)
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone or live chat.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales: Respond to inbound sales inquiries, identify customer needs, recommend the best solutions, and recognize opportunities to increase sales through replacement parts, accessories, and complementary products.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat by assisting customers with product information, pricing, quotations, order status, returns, warranty inquiries, and account-related questions.
- CRM: Keep customer records, communication history, follow-up activities, and account information accurate and up to date within the CRM. Use the CRM to organize customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer follow-up.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer accounts by serving as a trusted resource, providing timely support, and delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate customer concerns, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver timely solutions that strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Support: Process customer orders accurately and assist with packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and other operational or administrative tasks to support the team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
