Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Water Truck / Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating variety of single and tandem axle trucks, both standard and automatic transmission.
Duties
- Safely operate water trucks and dump trucks
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
- Load, unload, and distribute water or other materials as required for project needs
- Assist with the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts/loaders when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe operation at all times
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate transportation schedules and site operations
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record. Minimum Class 3 with air brake endorsement
- Experience operating water trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts and other machinery is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and transportation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to load/unload materials, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks as needed

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
