Position Summary
As a Commercial Warehouse Associate, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by picking orders and putting away stock in a timely and accurate manner.
As a Part-Time 5-Ton Delivery Driver, you'll ensure customer satisfaction by making deliveries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
What You'll Do — Warehouse Associate
- Pick and put away orders using a hand scanner
- Receive incoming orders and update UPC codes as required
- Secure stock on pallets for safe shipping
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized for safety and efficiency
- Other duties as required
What You'll Do — 5-Ton Delivery Driver
- Deliver products to customers safely and courteously, maintaining positive customer relations through proper handling of products, questions, requests, and complaints
- Ensure all orders on the trip sheet are loaded and secured according to government legislation before leaving, and verify that all invoices for the loads are accounted for prior to departure
- Complete vehicle inspection checklists (located on the trip sheet) and report any deficiencies to management
- Meet and greet customers upon delivery; have them verify delivery by signing the invoice, noting any damaged or missing product before signing
- Check for product return pink sheets and any empty kegs to be returned at every delivery, noting keg returns on the signed invoice
- Empty the truck after every completed run
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and appearance
- Other duties as required
