Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Male Therapist/Practitioner to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Rehabilitation, or other healthcare disciplines who have a genuine interest in holistic healing.
The selected candidate will undergo structured training in Kerala Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies and will provide therapeutic treatments exclusively to male clients under the guidance of experienced Ayurveda physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform authentic Kerala Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies for male clients after completing the required training.
- Assist Ayurveda physicians in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate clients and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices, diet, and wellness principles.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct.
- Prepare therapy rooms and equipment before and after treatments.
- Monitor client progress and communicate observations to the supervising physician.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or certification in one of the following:
- Ayurveda
- Physiotherapy
- Massage Therapy
- Kinesiology
- Rehabilitation Sciences
- Athletic Therapy
- Nursing
- Other healthcare-related disciplines
- Strong interest in holistic health and Ayurveda.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Willingness to learn authentic Kerala Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in therapeutic massage, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or manual therapy.
- Previous experience in a wellness clinic or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
