Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Servers to join our team and provide exceptional guest services during events and functions. The ideal candidate will have some experience in food service and hospitality, with a focus on delivering memorable experiences to guests. This role involves serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety. Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred, along with excellent communication and time management skills. The Banquet Server will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements as needed
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately according to event specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Replenish supplies, clear tables, and reset banquet areas promptly between courses or events
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service throughout the event duration
- Assist with food preparation or setup when necessary, adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions or concerns professionally
Experience
- Prior food service or restaurant experience is desirable, especially within the hospitality or food industry sector
- Experience in serving large groups at banquets, weddings, or special events is a plus
- Posses knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in a hospitality environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
