Skills
- English and Chinese proficiency required
- Proficiency with knowledge of dental terminology
- Experience with dental software platforms like ClearDent for record management
- Experience with insurance
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Strong communication via phone
- Able to recall and follow-up with patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organization skills and record management
- Prior experience as a dental assistant is a plus
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
