Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and attentive First Aid Attendant to provide immediate medical assistance and support in a healthcare or facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and emergency response procedures. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors by delivering prompt first aid care and maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing first aid treatment as needed.
- Assess patient condition and determine appropriate course of action in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications or treatments under supervision, following proper procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, treatments provided, and patient information.
- Assist with patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs and supporting mobility when necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of first aid stations and medical supplies.
- Communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, staff, patients, and visitors regarding medical issues or emergencies.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent injury or illness within the facility.
Requirements
- Previous hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care procedures and medical terminology.
- Ability to administer medications safely when required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist patients or move equipment safely.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training is highly desirable.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Must be physically capable of performing duties that involve standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as needed.

Pay: $235.12-$355.47 per day
