We're looking for a dependable, people-first Customer Service Representative to join our Winnipeg team full-time. We represent some of Canada's leading telecommunications companies, delivering face-to-face customer experiences that reflect genuine service and real communication. What This Role Actually Looks Like
This is a hands-on, in-person role based in Winnipeg. You'll be out engaging directly with consumers, walking them through their telecommunications options, answering questions, and making sure every conversation leaves people better informed than when it started. Every day brings something a little different, and you're never doing it without a team behind you.
Your Day-to-Day
- Meet consumers and guide them through their options clearly, with no pressure
- Deliver genuine customer service while identifying opportunities to recommend the right products or plans
- Handle questions and concerns with patience and a level head
- Support each customer from their very first question through to a completed sale or the right next step
- Keep clean, organized records of your daily interactions and share useful insights with the team
- Stay current on offers, product details, and anything new from the campaign
- Show up reliably and be someone your teammates can count on
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who connects with people easily and puts them at ease
- Calm and organized, even when things pick up
- Reliable, takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously
- Open to hands-on training and building real, transferable skills
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or any people-facing role is a plus, not a requirement
- Able to commit to full-time hours in Winnipeg
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
