Compensation
$22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule & Locations
South Edmonton
Monday–Wednesday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
St. Albert
Thursday | 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
One Saturday per month is required.
About the Role
As our Financial Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping patients begin their orthodontic journey with confidence. You’ll guide families through financial arrangements, insurance coverage, payment options, and account management while creating an exceptional patient experience from the first consultation onward.
You’ll also support our front desk operations and work closely with our clinical team to ensure every patient receives outstanding service.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience managing financial accounts and payment arrangements
- Dental or orthodontic experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoys helping patients and building relationships
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
