The Role
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha with consistency, precision, and care.
- Offer warm, attentive service and contribute to a considered guest experience.
- Take orders and process payments with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-presented café throughout the day.
- Replenish supplies and complete opening and closing duties with care.
- Support the team and help sustain a calm, efficient rhythm during busy periods.
- Follow established recipes, procedures, and food-safety standards.
Experience and Availability
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a café environment.
- Familiarity with specialty coffee is highly regarded.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, is essential.
- FoodSafe certification is considered an asset.
