Rudi is looking for a talented and motivated Cook to join our culinary team. As part of Cottage Hospitality, alongside Wind Cries Mary and Birdman, Rudi has earned a reputation for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
- Work confidently with a variety of professional kitchen equipment.
- Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Maintain your station with excellent organization, cleanliness, and product management.
- Assist with daily prep and ensure your station is set up for successful service.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and completing end-of-night closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks to deliver an exceptional dining experience every service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional kitchen experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and remain active throughout a busy service.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to continually improve your craft.
- FoodSafe certification is considered an asset.
