Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
- Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for patient records management and treatment planning.
- Perform pediatric dentistry procedures when applicable, ensuring gentle and effective care for young patients.
- Take and interpret digital impressions using CAD technology for restorative procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatments, and follow-up care in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to deliver seamless patient care.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license in good standing.
- Experience with dental office management software such as Abel dent familiarity with Epic is a plus.
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency with CAD systems for digital impressions is desirable.
