In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer revenue, improving conversion across the inbound sales funnel, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against its goals.
You will coach Account Executives across the full sales cycle, strengthen pipeline management and forecasting, and use performance data to identify opportunities to improve win rates, sales velocity, and overall team effectiveness.
Working closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the BDR team, you will help improve lead quality, sales processes, and handoffs while ensuring inbound demand is converted into predictable, scalable revenue.
Responsibilities:
-
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and consistent execution.
-
Own team revenue performance and quota attainment, setting clear expectations and ensuring strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
-
Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call or demo coaching focused on discovery, consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
-
Monitor key inbound sales metrics, including lead response, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle length, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment, and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-
Identify funnel bottlenecks and performance gaps, and implement practical strategies to improve conversion, sales velocity, and overall revenue results.
-
Build and refine scalable sales processes, workflows, playbooks, and best practices that support consistent team execution.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen lead qualification, handoffs, reporting, CRM processes, and sales workflows.
-
Partner closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, campaign performance, and inbound conversion.
-
Support Account Executives on complex or high-value opportunities and provide coaching on deal strategy when needed.
-
Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members, while addressing performance concerns through clear expectations, coaching, and follow-through.
-
Share market, competitive, and prospect insights with Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to help improve positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including direct people leadership experience managing Account Executives or other closing-focused sales teams.
-
Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed revenue, quota attainment, and new customer acquisition targets.
-
Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, pipeline development, conversion optimization, and sales forecasting.
-
Strong leadership and performance management skills, with experience setting clear expectations, providing actionable feedback, and developing both high-performing and underperforming team members.
-
Data-driven, with the ability to interpret pipeline, conversion, win-rate, sales-cycle, and individual performance metrics and translate insights into practical action.
-
Experience building, improving, and scaling sales processes, playbooks, workflows, and team operating rhythms in a fast-paced environment.
-
Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
-
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and bring structure to evolving processes.
-
Experience in the fitness, wellness, or related software industry is considered an asset.
