FillTex Inc. is a vertically integrated home textiles manufacturer and supplier serving major North American retailers. We specialize in pillows, decorative cushions, throws, drapery, and home décor products, with manufacturing operations in Canada and sourcing partners worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Textile Sales Account Manager to manage existing customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and support our continued growth across Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing retail and wholesale accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities within home textiles, bedding, and home décor categories.
- Coordinate customer quotations, product development, samples, and order follow-up.
- Collaborate with sourcing, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer performance.
- Prepare presentations and product line reviews for buyers.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and annual business plans with customers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience in textiles, home furnishings, bedding, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and import/export business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States as required.
- Experience working with major retailers is considered an asset.
Preferred Experience
- Home textiles, bedding, cushions, pillows, drapery, or furniture accessories.
- Product development and sourcing experience.
- Experience working with retailers such as HomeGoods, TJX, Walmart, Ross, Winners, Marshalls, or similar accounts.
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
