The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing a professional, organized, and welcoming experience for customers while supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the body shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take clear and accurate messages.
- Communicate professionally by phone and email.
- Keep rental management, ProgiCal, and RepairCenter/body shop management software accurate and up to date.
- Verify customer and repair information for accuracy.
- Process payments and file paperwork.
- Prepare complete customer delivery packages for vehicle pickup.
- Assist with appointments, vehicle drop-offs, rentals, and deliveries.
- Keep customers updated and direct concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain an organized and professional front office.

Previous automotive or collision repair experience is an asset, but professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills are essential.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
