Experience & Education
Several years of professional experience in HR, leadership, operations, or a related environment is preferred.
Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree, ideally in areas such as:
- Human Resources
- Organizational Psychology
- Business
- Healthcare Administration
Responsibilities
This role includes:
- recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- helping support clinic operations and staffing coordination when needed
- payroll processing and HR documentation
- helping create an environment built on respect, accountability, and trust
- strengthening team connection and morale through onboarding, recognition, celebrations, and team events
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package along with opportunities for long-term growth and development.
- $70,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
