As our Power sports Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between the techs in the shop & the motorists of the world! Your job? Keep our riders roaring, their machines purring & ensure every customer leaves with a smile (& a well-serviced ride)!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Job Dispatching – You’ll be the key player in dispatching jobs to the right tech at the right time, ensuring that things stay on track & we deliver quality service without missing a beat!
Build Rock-Solid Relationships – As the first point of contact for our service customers, you’ll get to know their needs, develop & support long-term relationships while keeping them in the loop at every stage of their service.
Communication is Key – Clear, timely, & accurate communication is your game! You’ll act as the translator between techs & customers, taking complex mechanical details & simplifying them to make our customers feel confident & knowledgable!
Record Keeping Wiz – Unit IDs, mileage, customer contact details & more! You’ll ensure that all of the important information is captured & kept up to date, maintaining an organized system so the team can hit the ground running!
Service Intake & Prep – From performing a detailed unit walk-around during intake (taking in-depth notes & photos) to preparing tech worksheets & gathering parts for their jobs, you’ll make sure everything is set up for success.
Customer Outreach – Keep riders in the loop! You’ll be the friendly face keeping customers informed & updated, ensuring that no day ends without a follow-up. No customer left in the dark!
Scheduling Like a Pro – Work closely with management to develop a scheduling system that keeps the service team humming & the customers happy!
Warranty Claims – Handle warranty claims like a seasoned pro, submitting &responding to ensure we keep things running smoothly with our OEM suppliers.
