Lead Financial Strategy and Drive Business Growth
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Alberta. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and month-end/year-end processes.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, capital allocation, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, investments, and business growth.
- Lead financial risk management and internal controls.
- Manage external audits, banking relationships, and financial stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior financial leadership, including executive-level finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience with financial analysis, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of Canadian accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools is an asset.

Pay: $180,000.00-$270,000.00 per year
