Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Product Support Engineer to join our Customer Tech Support Team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal sales teams and external customers for DCL products, including Catalytic Converters, Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Systems, Silencers, Heat Exchangers, and 3-Way Dampers.
- Troubleshoot and investigate performance issues and failures of emission control systems used in off-road, and stationary applications.
- Prepare technical reports, analyze test data, and conduct failure investigations to support product performance evaluations and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate engineering requests for new products, design modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Create and maintain product part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), and related engineering records within the ERP system.
- Assist in the development of product manuals, technical literature, and training materials.
- Support ISO 9001 quality processes, customer complaint investigations, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Evaluate warranty claims, perform root cause investigations, and coordinate warranty replacements, repairs, and goodwill credits.
- Prepare project estimates, including costs, lead times, and resource requirements.
- Provide field service support, troubleshooting, inspections, and preventive maintenance as required.
- Deliver technical training to employees across Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Technical Support teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
