With over 43 years of operations, Skills for Change is a highly respected non-profit charity with a province wide reputation for pioneering programs that respond to shifting immigration and workplace trends and lead to employment. We offer a range of accelerate d programs including mentoring, employment, settlement, language training together with specialized programs for skilled trades, women, and youth. We have 5 locations across the GTA and serve 16,000 clients annually. The Supervisor, Program Marketing is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of Skills for Change’s program marketing initiatives, digital operations, content development, and online engagement activities. This role manages day-to-day marketing workflows, coordinates campaigns across programs, oversees digital platforms, and ensures timely, consistent, and effective promotion of organizational programs and services.
The Supervisor leads a team of marketing specialists and works closely with program teams and the Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Marketing, to translate marketing priorities into coordinated campaigns, engaging content, and effective digital and traditional marketing experiences. The role ensures that all marketing activities reflect Skills for Change’s mission, brand standards, and commitment to human-centered storytelling that highlights the experiences and impact of the communities we serve.
The Supervisor provides operational leadership across program marketing, website management, content production, marketing technology, analytics, and campaign execution to support the organization’s continued growth and reach.
Core Responsibilities

Program Marketing & Campaign Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote Skills for Change programs, services, events, and initiatives.

Coordinate with program teams to understand marketing needs, manage timelines, and ensure effective promotion across appropriate channels.

Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring consistent visibility and timely execution across programs.

Maintain marketing calendars, campaign workflows, and processes to support efficient delivery.
Digital Marketing & Website Management

Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the organization’s website, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Manage website improvements, content updates, SEO, AEO, user experience enhancements, and digital engagement initiatives.

Support the effective use and integration of digital platforms, including website CMS, CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools.

Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and program reach.

Oversee the management and maintenance of SharePoint and other digital platforms and portals as needed.
Content Development & Brand Implementation

Oversee the development of mission-driven content across website, email, social media, and other marketing channels.

Ensure content reflects Skills for Change’s commitment to human-centered storytelling, showcasing the experiences, achievements, and impact of the communities served.

Establish and manage content and resource libraries (Marketing Hub) and asset management processes to support consistent and timely content production.

Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and organizational values.
Marketing Operations & Performance Reporting

Establish and maintain marketing processes and systems that support a centralized repository for campaign development, data management, and cross-functional information sharing.

Manage marketing tools, platforms, and processes to improve team efficiency and collaboration.

Develop and maintain reporting structures to track campaign performance, website engagement, and key marketing metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement of marketing activities.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Specialists on the team, fostering professional growth and innovative thinking while guiding the creation and delivery of strategic, high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and professional development of team members.
-
Collaborate with program teams and internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated marketing support across the organization.
Additional supervisory responsibilities:

Provide updates, insights, and performance data to support planning and decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize resources, and strengthen marketing execution.

Manage processes that support the development and maintenance of an organization-wide resource library for internal and external communications.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, communications, content strategy, or marketing operations, including team leadership, supervision, and/or mentoring.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, email marketing, website management, and brand communications.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and related collaboration tools.

Experience managing websites and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or similar, with an understanding of content governance, accessibility (WCAG), and user experience (UX) best practices.

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot Marketing Hub, or similar, including campaign management, audience segmentation, automation, and reporting.

Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms to measure performance and inform decision-making.

Experience using social media management and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage content, track engagement, and identify trends.

Strong understanding of SEO/AEO, content optimization, digital accessibility, user experience, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Ability to analyze data, dashboards, and performance metrics to evaluate campaigns, identify opportunities, and improve results.

Strong collaboration skills with experience working across creative, communications, programs, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and digital experiences.

Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
