IMPORTANT: LATTE ART IS A MUST
We take our coffee seriously. You should be able to consistently pour clean latte art (hearts, tulips, rosettas, etc.).
If we move forward with your application, we will ask for photos or video of your latte art, and there will be a latte art demo during the interview.
If latte art is not something you feel confident about yet, this position probably is not the right fit—and that is completely okay.
About the Role
The Barista / Front of House Server at Gladstone Brewing Co. is one of the main faces of the brewery. One moment you might be pouring a West Coast IPA, the next you are crafting a beautiful latte or delivering burgers fresh from the kitchen.
People come to Gladstone for quality, community, and a good time. Your role is to help make that experience happen.
