Afternoons 12pm-10:30pm Mon-Thurs … most openings and $19.36/hr
seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by packaging, inspecting, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting the production process and maintaining efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package products according to specified guidelines and quality standards
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively during packaging processes
- Inspect finished goods for defects or damages before packaging
- Use forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed to move materials safely within the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times during packaging operations
Skills
- Lifting 10-15 lbs with regularity
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and quality control
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and safety procedures
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: $17.60-$19.36 per hour
