Reality of the Role (Read This First)
This is not a desk-based management position—at least not at the start.
The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time in the field, working alongside our teams, learning operations firsthand, and building credibility through action.
You will:
- Work shifts in uniform
- Support front-line operations
- Respond to real incidents
- Learn our standards from the ground up
Leadership at 3D is built on experience, not titles.
As you demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and operational understanding, the role will progressively transition into more strategic and office-based responsibilities.
The Role
You will work directly with Scott Hill, Director of Security Operations & Training, with the goal of learning how to:
- Run daily operations across multiple sites
- Manage staff, scheduling, and deployments
- Oversee client relationships
- Lead incident response and decision-making
- Support and develop team leads and supervisors
- Contribute to training and operational standards
This role is designed as a succession-track position for long-term leadership within 3D Security.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned sites
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and coverage gaps
- Act as escalation point for incidents and client concerns
- Support and lead supervisors and team leads
- Assist in training coordination (Use of Force, First Aid, TECC, etc.)
- Participate in operational planning and risk assessments
- Maintain and enforce company standards across all deployments

This position is being developed so that operations remain strong and consistent at all times—not dependent on any one individual.
Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
