Own Outcomes. Solve New Problems. Deliver Real Results.
We are looking for a technically fluent, execution-driven Project Manager to take full ownership of custom automation projects—from handoff through final delivery.
This is far more than a coordination role. It is a role for someone who takes accountability, drives execution, and delivers outcomes.
At TCA, no two projects are the same. Every project is a new system, a new challenge, and a new opportunity to solve complex, real-world problems. If you are someone who thrives on variety, enjoys technical depth, and wants to stay fully engaged in execution—this role was built for you.
You will operate at the center of everything—connecting engineering, controls, manufacturing, and customer teams to deliver high-value solutions safely, on time, and on budget.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are
- A high achiever who takes initiative and consistently delivers results
- Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team and company objectives
- A proactive problem solver focused on solutions rather than obstacles
- A clear and effective communicator who builds trust internally and externally
- Grounded in integrity, accountability, and respect for others
- Confident in leadership, with a humble and collaborative approach
This role is not suited for someone just beginning their career or looking for structured, repetitive work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full lifecycle project delivery (kickoff to closeout)
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Proactively manage risks related to scope, schedule, and budget
- Lead change management, including scope definition, pricing, and approvals
- Align technical solutions with customer expectations
- Drive accountability while enabling team productivity and focus
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions
How You’ll Work
- Take full ownership of project outcomes with the appropriate level of urgency and discipline
- Communicate openly and respectfully, even when addressing challenges
- Make informed decisions balancing technical, operational, and financial factors
- Collaborate across teams and remove roadblocks to enable success
- Continuously improve processes, systems, and results
What You Bring
Required:
- Engineering background (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in automation, manufacturing, or machine design
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, CAD, or industrial systems
- PMP or formal PM training
