About The Role
We're looking for a strategic addition to our small team—a driven Business Development Representative who wants to help us build on a strong foundation and contribute to something special.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and eager to develop their skills in business development, sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
You'll work directly with experienced business consultants, helping identify opportunities, engage prospective clients, book appointments, and support the sales process. As you grow in the role, you'll have opportunities to participate in discovery calls, strategy sessions, and client conversations.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media
- Book qualified appointments
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Attend sales training and coaching sessions
- Participate in discovery and strategy calls
- Support the sales process from initial contact through client onboarding
