Shipper/Receiver - Contract Position - Edmonton, AB - $21/Hr
Location: Edmonton, AB
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (3 Months - Option to extend based on performance)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20/hour with paid lunch
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team in Edmonton on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential to extend based on performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on and physical work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with day-to-day inventory management, including tracking stock levels and organizing storage areas
- Prepare and maintain the cold room, ensuring proper storage conditions and organization
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an asset but not required
