Reporting to the Manager, Integrity Management Site Execution, the Senior Asset Integrity Technologist will ensure that the requirements of our Pressure Equipment Integrity Management (PEIM) program are adhered to, regulatory compliance is met, and equipment integrity is maintained.

What you’ll do:
Administer the Pressure Equipment Integrity Management (PEIM) program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry
codes, and company standards.
Plan and/or perform regulatory inspections and non-destructive examination (NDE) activities during routine operations and turnarounds.
Review inspection findings and historical asset data to establish inspection requirements, inspection intervals, condition monitoring, and integrity recommendations.
Inspect new pressure equipment installations and provide asset integrity guidance during design, construction, and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Turnaround teams to ensure inspection and repair activities are effectively prioritized and executed.
Identify damage mechanisms, evaluate equipment deterioration, and provide recommendations for corrosion mitigation, repair, alteration, replacement, and risk reduction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to integrity management, inspection effectiveness, preventative maintenance, and asset reliability.
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Minimum 8 years of experience in in oil and gas pressure equipment inspection and corrosion mitigation.
TSASK Pressure Equipment Inspector Class 1 certification.
API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector, API 570 Piping Inspector, and API 653 Storage Tank Inspector.
Knowledgeable and proficient with Saskatchewan pressure equipment regulations and industry standards including ASME, API, and CSA.
Strong understanding of inspection methods and non-destructive examination (NDE) techniques.
Experience using SAP-PM and asset integrity management software.
Red Seal Journeyman Certification, Engineering Technologist, or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) would be considered an asset.

As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.
For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver's abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate.
