Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain quality and freshness of ingredients
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in Barista is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
