We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team at Moon Salon. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, while ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.

Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and products
- Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet their needs
- Foster a friendly, professional environment by delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care through ongoing education
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
Requirements / Experience
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar professional salon setting
- Must have a valid nail technician license/certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to confidently upsell retail products while focusing on client needs
- Experience with body waxing is an asset but not required (training may be provided)
- Prior retail or beauty industry sales experience is an advantage
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude

- Commission-based pay (competitive percentage based on services)
