Save The Stress Cleaning Services Limited is seeking an experiencedCleaning Service Manager to plan, organize, and oversee the dailyoperations of our cleaning service business, located in Estevan, SK.
Responsibilities
Plan and organize the daily operations of the cleaning service toensure jobs are completed on schedule and to a high standard
Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to follow
Plan and control the budget and manage inventory of cleaningsupplies and equipment
Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff, providing day-to-dayguidance and support
Respond to customer inquiries or complaints and resolve concernsin a professional manner
Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year experience
Compensation
Wage: $35.00 per hour
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Location of work: Estevan SK and around depending on contract.
