Full-Time Service Advisor
Lexus South Pointe is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team.
We are a luxury dealership built around exceptional guest care, clear communication, and long-term relationships. Our philosophy is simple: treat every guest as if they are a guest in our home.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Previous service advisor experience is an asset, and Lexus or Toyota experience is considered a strong bonus.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests and complete vehicle walk-arounds
Book service appointments and prepare accurate work orders
Listen carefully to guest concerns, ask the right questions, and make sure details are clearly understood
Communicate technician recommendations in a clear and professional way
Keep guests updated throughout the day on the status of their vehicle
Review completed work, explain charges, and ensure guests leave feeling confident and well cared for
Process and close warranty repair orders accurately
Work closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and the service management team

Basic automotive mechanical knowledge
Strong typing and computer skills
Ability to stay organized in a busy service environmentTeam-first mindset
Previous dealership experience is an asset
Lexus or Toyota experience is a bonus
Valid driver’s licence preferred
Schedule
Full-time
Tuesday to Saturday
9-hour shifts
Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
