Responsibilities

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively
- Track student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents as appropriate
- Assist with the development of lesson plans, educational materials, and activities that align with curriculum standards
- Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring
- Foster a safe, respectful environment that promotes confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning
Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children or young learners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Demonstrated experience working with children in educational or classroom settings
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Passion for education and helping students succeed academically
- Organized with good time management skills to balance multiple sessions effectively
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or tutoring are a plus

Pay: $18.25-$52.90 per hour
