Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Fabricate, modify, and install sheet metal components as required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent Mechanical Maestro professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience working with HVAC systems, refrigeration, gas equipment, and sheet metal fabrication/installation.
- Valid G2 Gas Technician Licence (313D is considered a strong asset).
- Experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Excellent leadership skills
