Cambrian is a growing Toronto-based group of companies in the water delivery and office coffee service (OCS) industry. Our brands — Cambrian Springs and Blaze Coffee — serve commercial clients across the GTA with route-based delivery, filtration systems, and workplace beverage solutions.
We're a hands-on, owner-operated business with drivers, warehouse staff. We're looking for a sharp bookkeeper who can own our numbers the way we own our routes — with precision and accountability.

What You'll Own
Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll entries)
Month-end close — journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement prep
HST filings, WSIB remittances, payroll deductions
Managing vendor accounts and customer billing cycles
Cash flow tracking and reporting to the owner
Coordinating with our external accountant at year-end
Light controller-level work: flagging variances, building simple reports
What We're Looking For
3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a multi-entity or owner-operated business
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (required)
Experience with Canadian payroll, HST, and CRA compliance
High attention to detail with a track record others can verify
Experience in distribution, logistics, or service businesses is a plus
Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000 per year. Commensurate with experience. Benefits discussed at offer stage.
