This position will include the responsibilities of a Environmental Engineer for the type of environmental engineering services undertaken by Alpha Adroit . This position may require traveling across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. Having a Class 5 driver's license is a MUST, and the candidate may be required to drive company vehicles.

Technical Skills:

having a degree in civil, geo-environmental, or geotechnical engineering or related field- preferably from a Canadian University

having passed Ethics and Law exam (APEGA's or equivalent) within three months after employment
- environmental consulting services for the mining industry is considered an asset
-
ability to classify different local soils and rocks visually with reasonable accuracy is considered an asset
- environmental sustainability consulting experience is considered an asset
-
drilling experience and good knowledge of the local geology of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia is viewed as an asset
-
previous work experience in conducting environmental site assessment (Phase 1 ESA and Phase 2 ESA) is considered an asset
