Job Overview
Papa’s Herb is looking for a passionate and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand. In this role, you’ll be the face of Papa’s Herb, building relationships with retail stores, educating budtenders and customers, and ensuring our products are well-represented in the market. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events. If you love cannabis, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a fast-paced, independent role, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
- Retail Store Visits – Meet a set weekly visit goal, engaging with retailers and budtenders to promote our portfolio.
- Store Activations – Educate and excite store staff and customers through in-store promotions, Pop-Ups and product knowledge sessions.
- Relationship Building – Maintain and strengthen connections with a set list of retail accounts.
- Merchandising – Ensure Papa’s Herb displays look fresh and well-stocked.
- Product Knowledge – Stay informed on our products, selling points, and industry trends.
- Competitive Intelligence – Report on market trends, competitor products, and promotions.
- Product Samples & Swag – Distribute samples (where permitted) and branded merch to drive awareness.
- Weekly Reporting – Provide updates on progress, results, wins, and challenges.
- Events – Attend occasional evening/weekend events to represent the brand and network.
What You Need
✅ Must-Haves:
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Cann-Sell certification.
- Cannabis industry experience.
- Passion for cannabis and the culture.
- Must be of legal age to purchase cannabis in your region and allocated territory.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, organized, and great at building relationships.

- Sales or marketing experience.
- Retail or customer service experience.
