We are looking for a tech-savvy AI Automation & SaaS App Developer to help build internal tools, automations, and AI-powered applications for a growing real estate brokerage.
The ideal candidate understands modern AI tools, automation platforms, browser automation, and basic software development. This role is perfect for someone who can take business problems, understand the workflow, and build practical solutions using AI, automation, and low-code/no-code tools.
You will work on tools that help automate real estate admin tasks, marketing requests, offer/listing workflows, data processing, document generation, and internal SaaS-style applications.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, and Lovable
- Create and improve internal SaaS-style applications
- Build automations using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools
- Create browser automation workflows using Playwright or similar tools
- Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and third-party integrations
- Use JavaScript to customize workflows, process data, and connect systems
- Build tools that connect Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, CRM systems, Canva, forms, and other business tools
- Help automate repetitive real estate admin and marketing tasks
- Troubleshoot workflows, debug issues, and improve reliability
- Document processes clearly so the team can use and maintain the systems
Required Skills
- Experience using AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, and Lovable
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Basic development skills, especially JavaScript
- Comfortable working with JSON, APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Experience with browser automation tools such as Playwright is strongly preferred
- Ability to build practical apps, dashboards, portals, or SaaS-style tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business workflows and turn them into automated systems
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience building internal tools for businesses
- Experience with CRM systems, Gmail/Google Workspace, Canva, Monday.com, or real estate workflows
- Experience with databases such as Supabase, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or Airtable
- Experience with front-end tools such as React, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS
- Experience building apps with Lovable, Replit, Cursor, Bolt, or similar AI development tools
- Experience with document automation, PDF generation, or form-filling workflows
Ideal Candidate
You are someone who enjoys using AI and automation to solve real business problems. You do not need to be a senior software engineer, but you should be resourceful, technical, and able to figure things out.
You should be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools, connecting different platforms together, and building working solutions quickly.
