The 5% performance bonus
Paid monthly on all completed jobs when you hit all four targets:
- Customer rating ≥ 4.8★ average for the month
- Before and after photos uploaded on 100% of jobs
- Cancellation rate ≤ 5% of accepted jobs
- On-time arrival on ≥ 95% of jobs
What you do
- Mobile interior and exterior detailing at customers' homes, condos, and offices across Mississauga
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, photo-worthy results every single job
- Upload before and after photos through our platform after each job
- Represent the MySyara standard professionally on every site visit
What you bring
- 2+ years hands-on detailing experience with a portfolio of before/after photos
- Your own reliable vehicle and professional equipment
- Waterless and rinseless capability strongly preferred — most of our jobs are waterless
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and clean driving record
- Own commercial auto and general liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it before your first job
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Legally able to work in Canada as a self-employed contractor
Nice to have: condo and underground parking experience, pet hair removal experience, multiple languages.
This is an independent contractor role. You are your own boss — you set your hours, accept or decline every job, use your own equipment and vehicle, and run your own schedule. MySyara is not your employer. You operate as a self-employed professional.
