Production Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to our production, purchasing, and inventory functions. You will work closely with vendors, warehouse staff, and the production team to help ensure materials are available, inventory is accurately maintained, and production schedules run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Place purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to reconcile inventory discrepancies and stock movements.
- Prepare and maintain production, purchasing, and inventory reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records for vendors, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: English required; Cantonese preferred
- No experience required — training will be provided
