Position Overview: As a Lead Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tech installation services to our customers, both in residential and commercial settings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' tech devices are installed and configured to their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TV installations, smart device setups, and security camera installations in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Educate customers on the use and maintenance of their AV and security systems.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and adequately communicate cost estimates to sales team.
- Inventory tracking.
- Ability to up sale.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in AV / CCTV installations.
- Must have your own vehicle, tools, and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of tools related to tech installations.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Our 5-star rating is extremely important to us.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Nice to have: Experience working with automation, lighting, or control systems (Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, etc).
- Nice to have: Experience with LED installations, Industry Certifications like CTS, CEDIA, Crestron, or Other.
