Your Role:
- Provide professional, personalized 60–120 minute massages
- Assess client needs and adjust techniques accordingly
- Maintain a clean and welcoming massage room
- Prepare all equipment and linens before each treatment
- Upsell services and retail products when appropriate
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage retention
- Represent Enhance Arts' high standards of care and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license in good standing (BC)
- 1–2 years massage therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome too!)
- Professional, positive, client-focused attitude
- Conversational English communication skills
- Commitment to hygiene, protocols, and client notes
Hours:
- 20–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling (evenings and weekends available)
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rates + commission structure
- Full pay structure discussed at the interview
