Tress Lounge Etobicoke is seeking a skilled and professional Esthetician to join our growing luxury salon team. This is a performance-based role with revenue sharing, ideal for estheticians who are confident, client-focused, and ready to build strong earnings in a high-traffic environment.
This position requires availability for six (6) days per week and comfort providing services to both male and female clients.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform facials, waxing, threading, and skincare treatments
- Provide services to both male and female clients comfortably and professionally
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards
- Recommend and upsell retail skincare products
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain punctuality
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques
Qualifications
- Certified Esthetician
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience preferred
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment
- Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing structure
Compensation Model
- Negotiable Revenue Sharing (percentage-based on services performed)
- High earning potential based on service volume and repeat clientele
