## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Wage is $16-19/hour not including top-up, depending on experience and education.
## Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children in the classroom
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Monitor and assess each child's progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in computerized educational tools for lesson planning and record keeping
